Grace’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Grace’s Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Cachapoal valley which is a central wine zone in Chile. The valley shares its name with the river flowing through its center. Here, Cabernet Sauvignon enjoy the prevailing sunlight that shines into this region as well as the river perfectly nourishing the gravely soil, making this a perfect place for growing Cabernet Sauvignon.

TASTING NOTES: Ruby red color with aromas of dark plum and black cherries, as well as spice notes in the end. It has sweet notes from the oak which gives a balance and rounded flavor and soft tannins giving a round and velvety palate. This wine pairs well with red meat dishes particularly ones with pepper seasoning such as steak and lamb dishes as well as cheddar cheese, chocolate bars and walnuts.

The inspiration for this wine came from the unconditional love for a daughter.
