Fernhook Sauvignon Blanc comes from the famous Marlborough region of New Zealand.

This beautiful white wine bursts with scents of grapefruit, citrus fruit, guava, nectar and tropical scents. Fernhook has a beautifully complex yet well balanced flavor profile with tastes of tropical and citrus fruits, grapefruit, melon, lemon zest, pineapple and gooseberries, backed up by a vibrant acidity this wine pairs well with various fish dishes especially ones that are citrus influenced such as lemon based sauces and even sushi, as well as herb seasoned chicken dishes. The creamy texture of goat cheese, feta and gouda help to bring out the rich and bold flavors of this well rounded medium bodied Sauvignon Blanc

Fernhook is Symbolized by the melding of a traditional fishhook meaning “good fortune” and an uncurling native fern meaning “new beginnings” The silver fern is known to be a symbol of New Zealand’s national identity since the 1880s the fern represents a sense of attachment to the homeland of New Zealand.
